Psalm 139:13-14

For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. -Psalm 139:13-14

What an amazing thought that God was forming us in our mother’s womb even before she knew we were there! It is just awesome how God has created us from the very beginning of our existence. Derek and I love this thought for our future little. We do not just want to focus on the baby but also the precious woman who will be carrying our little. She is precious and is faced with a scary and unbelievable decision to not just choose life but to place the child knit in her womb in the hands of us to raise this precious life. Will you join us in praying for this unbelievably strong woman? She is truly stronger than she knows.

We have chosen to seek adoption with Bethany for this reason.

They care about the littles but they also care for the soul of the precious birth mom making the hardest decision of her life. We are praying that our birth mom will come to know Jesus through this process, we are praying that she will feel loved and treasured, and lastly we are praying for her to have a healthy pregnancy. No we do not know who she is but we are praying that God is working on her heart and that she will know how much her sacrifice means to us. Please lets not forget this incredibly strong woman who has chosen life. We are also hoping to have raised/saved the money for our home study by July. Derek and I want to have a house which we are planning to buy this summer and then shortly follow that by the Home study which is basically making sure we are fit and have room for the new little joining our home. We are unable to receive grants until after this process but we know God will provide and are sooo excited for each one of you to join us on this precious journey that we feel led to grow our family.
